Visiting?
Questions About Your First Visit:
First off, we want you to know you are welcome just as you are. We won't put you on the spot or ask you to do anything. We are just glad you are with us!
What do I wear?
Come dressed in what feels comfortable to you! People come dressed up and also dressed casually depending on their preference.
Where do I park?
We have two buildings on the west and east side of Peck Rd (just north of Forker Rd). You can park in any parking spot surrounding our East or West Buildings. We have handicapped parking close to the doors of the building.
Where do you meet?
We meet for our main worship service Sundays at 10:00am in the East Building.
What time do I show up?
Come a few minutes early (or late if that is how it goes!). Come by the Connection Center to see what FCC is about and get our welcome gift. We also have ushers who will help you find a seat if you just want to head into the main worship center.
What about my kids?
We love kids at FCC! We have a special kids ministry program that we call Kid's Church for your kids age 0-5th grade. Midway through the service, children are dismissed for Kid's Church. If you prefer to keep your kids with you in the service, feel free to do so. Please also believe us when we say we are ok with kids and their noises!
Is there anything for youth?
Get information about current events for FCC Youth (Middle School & High School) by visiting our youth page.
What happens during the service?
We have a time of group worship through music, a prayer and a time of teaching from the Bible by one of pastors. We finish our time much like we started–with a short prayer and a worship song. We have a connection time after the service for people to talk and have a cup of coffee. Our service will last about 60 minutes. Once a month we share communion, a reminder to followers of Jesus of the sacrificial price he paid to die for our sins on the cross.
What if I am not familiar with the songs or the Bible?
We have the songs projected on a screen in case you want to sing along and the Bible passage is read out loud. You are welcome to participate or sit, listen and enjoy.
Will I have to give anything?
As a guest, please know we don't expect you to give. Giving is for those who call Foothills CC their church home and can be done at a special giving spot or online.
